Gorgias is the default customer support platform for Shopify and ecommerce brands, with native integrations that let agents edit orders, issue refunds, apply discounts, and cancel orders without leaving the ticket. The AI Agent ($0.90/interaction annual, $1.00 monthly) handles repetitive queries autonomously. Warning: Gorgias double-bills — each AI interaction counts as both an AI fee and a regular helpdesk ticket ($0.36–$0.40 each). Revenue attribution per ticket is unique to Gorgias. Unlimited agent seats on paid plans (you pay for ticket volume, not headcount). BFCM spikes can double monthly costs.
